Mecenate 84 is owned by Qualità Italiana S.r.l., a real estate company founded in 2004, which offers furnished apartments equipped with every comfort for those who must stay in Milan for a few days, for one or more weeks or months.
Our real estate units are all located in a very large brick building consisting of 6 floors with double entrance and 4 elevators, can accommodate max 2 people, fully furnished and tastefully equipped with all amenities.
Each unit is equipped with independent heating, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, complete with appliances and dishes, washing machine, iron, oven, microwave, TV and WI-FI.
Our rates include the rental fee, condominium expenses, initial and final cleaning and the use of internet WI-FI.
Utilities such as electricity and gas are not included in the price and will be calculated separately.
Bed linen and towels are given upon request.
The rental of one of our accommodation is a valid and convenient alternative to hotels or residence, plus the comforts and advantages of feeling like home.
